C-Store Inc. will make every attempt to satisfy its customers. Generally speaking, you may return any item (consumable or otherwise) for a full refund of the purchase price including tax/ deposit as long as the recipt of sale is present. A reason does not need to be given. Any unused portion of product must be returned to the store (management exceptions can be made). The time limit for such refunds is 60 days.
If you do not have a receipt, we will gladly exchange the item for the same item only. Due to the receipt not being present, there is no proof of purchase price and , therefore, no refund will be given. Only management may make exceptions to this rule.
***Any refunds given will be issued to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is not available, only store credit will be issued. Store credit must be used at the time of issuance.
Alcohol And Tobacco

While C-Store Inc. makes every attempt to satisfy its customers, the return or exchange of alcohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited ONCE IT LEAVES THE STORE.
The only exception to this rule is if the product was expired PRIOR to purchase. In this case, C-Store Inc. will EXCHANGE the product with the same or similar item of equal value provided that the original package is UNOPENED and accompanied by the receipt of sale. Any exchanges must be made within 48 hours of original purchase and requires management approval.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a product, please contact the manufacturer.
***Only in the case of a manufacturer recall will a full refund be given. Evidence of the recall and specific packaging codes will be verified by management before any refund is issued. PROOF OF PURCHASE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT MUST BE FURNISHED. ***

Electronics and Electronic Accessories
Additional Information
Electronics and electronic accessories may be refunded or exchanged for any reason within 7 days of purchase provided that the original receipt is present. After 7 days, the item may only be exchanged for the same item (receipt still required). In the event that the same item is not available, a store credit will be issued and must be used at time of issuance.
No refunds or exchanges will be given after a period of one month from the date of purchase.
